Today, we'll be making Apple Blondies. You can skip or replace the apples with other toppings. For example, raisins or almonds. Even though we're not using chocolate, this dessert will have a rich, unique taste.

We'll combine it with brown butter, cinnamon, and apple. The flavor will be wholesome. Blondies' ingredients are similar to brownies, but we'll replace a couple of things.

    Blondies Batter Ingredients:

    3 pc egg
    100 g white sugar
    50 g palm sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
120 g butter (made into brown butter)

    110 g all-purpose flour
    1 tsp salt

    Apple Filling Ingredients:

    200 g Envy Apple
    1 tbsp butter
    ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

    Other ingredients:

    Envy Apple, sliced

First, we need eggs, white sugar, and palm sugar. You can skip the palm sugar, but it'll add a caramel flavor. Then, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and flour. Also, Whittaker's White Chocolate, and Anchor butter. Both are quality New Zealand products.

Since we're making Apple Blondies, we also need apples. I'm using Envy apples, another New Zealand product. We'll sauté it with butter and cinnamon powder.

Brownies Recipie Making Process Details :

First, let's peel the apples. Then, slice the flesh. And chop them. Weigh the apples based on the measurement I provided in the description box. Give this Envy apple a taste! It's fresh and sweet. As it's GMO-free, I often give it to my kids. They love to snack on sliced sweet apples like this. Now, sauté the apples with butter until they soften. Add the cinnamon powder in, too. Once the apples soften a bit, turn the heat off. You can add a splash of brandy or other liquor for aroma. That's optional, though. I'm not using any and it'll still taste good.

Now, let's prepare the brown butter that we'll add to the Blondies batter. It's made by melting the butter. There'll be splashes as butter still contains liquid. We'll reduce all the liquid and burn the butter a little bit. The aroma will be very unique. Once it's browned, transfer to a bowl so it's not too hot. Then, we'll prepare the white chocolate. I'm using Whittaker's White Chocolate. When making cakes and pastries, ingredients like butter and chocolate are important and may dictate the result. Add the white chocolate in. It's one of my favorite brands. It tastes great and comes in many varieties. Once it's mixed well and both the chocolate-brown butter mix and the apples are not too hot anymore.

we'll make the blondies Add eggs and sugar in, then beat until it pales and thickens. If you want a fudgier blondie, don't beat the eggs like this. Just whisk the eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Now, add the other ingredients, from the palm sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and the chocolate-brown butter mix. If you don't have a mixer, use a balloon whisk until it pales. Don't worry. Blondies are fudgy and don't need to rise. Now, sift the dry ingredients in so it doesn't clump. Fold it in. Lastly, add the apples in and mix. Now, prepare a pan lined with baking paper on the bottom. This is a 22 x 22 cm (8.6 x 8.6") baking pan.

If you're using a smaller pan, the Blondies will be thicker. Spread the apples evenly so it doesn't gather at the center. I'll add sliced apples for the topping. Slice it thinly so it doesn't sink from the weight. It's only for decorative purposes. Now, bake at 180°C for 30 - 40 minutes. Whittaker's chocolate is made from the finest ingredients, controlled from the beans until the finished product. You can really taste the quality.

It's similar to a brownie cake. It's a bit thin, crusty outside but fluffy inside. It's fragrant due to the brown butter and white chocolate. There's also the apples, giving you an exciting combo. This cake is also foolproof since it doesn't need to rise. It'll taste good as we used delicious ingredients. The brown butter, apples, and white chocolate are fragrant. It's so interesting. It's definitely a must-try! So, that is the Brownies Recipe Apple Blondies White, thank you for reading!
